Mt. Liberty Lodging

Adorable campsite, so cozy and welcoming. The river outside was so nice to listen to, the room was clean, probably my favorite place I've stayed on a vacation, it was just so nice and peaceful. The owners are extremely kind as well, we ended up having an emergency and had to leave a couple days early and they were very understanding. I hope to come back very soon ❤️

The owners were very nice. The rooms were clean. Did have issue with tiny like nets in bathroom think they were coming up through shower drain and sink. The showers where like match boxes small, but water was nice and hot.The most important thing about staying at a hotel is the beds. These bed were clean but they had no support and very uncomfortable! I can see that the owners take pride in their property , but they should really consider getting new beds.

Mike and Susan are really incredible! We had our first positive interaction over the phone when we realized on Sunday that the stay was scheduled for Sun-Wed instead of Mon-Thurs. Mike kindly let us shift our reservation over one day. When we got there, we were very happy to find a clean (and clean-feeling!) motel room. The owners clearly take great care of the property and rooms. The communal areas are really beautiful, and the river is an excellent plus! Additionally, the property is well located to nearby state parks (10-20 min drive to hikes) as well as 5 minutes from town (including grocery stores and cafes!) I can't wait to come back and make more use of the outdoor areas when bug season is over (there is a lot of protection via insect screens, including on the gazebo, which was very

We absolutely loved our stay at Mt. Liberty Lodging! We stayed in one of the cabins; it was both clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the screened-in porch and listening to the river that was right behind us. We went out every day and walked on the rocks behind the cabins. The location was perfect for exploring the White Mountains and we headed over to Vermont as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

We liked our short stay at Mt. Liberty Lodging. The rooms are functional but super clean and comfortable. We like that the TV uses streaming services so we could watch Netflix and Hulu, although the internet did slow down at times, presumably as all other guests were streaming, too. The pool was closed for the season when we were there, but it looks nice, plus there is a play area for kids and some outdoor fire pits. It is ideally located for some of the best attractions in NH, such as Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch, and the Kancamagus Highway. Oh, and Clark’s Bears is just down the road if that is your thing, although we’re not a fan of animals being exploited. We’ll definitely be back in the future.
