I stay here off and on when I come into town and ever since that new general manager came she has made my stay very uncomfortable. You can’t even ask her a simple question without getting the nastiest attitude. She is very condescending and rude. The rest of the staff is cool though

As a military family traveling with two teens and a dog, we chose this newly opened hotel hoping for a smooth and clean experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.||While the hotel features a kitchen, you need to bring your own cooking utensils or pay nearly $80 for a set that’s worth about $20. We ended up rummaging through our stored boxes to prepare dinner. Not listed on the site.||Upon check-in, we discovered dog waste stuck on the floor. When we requested a mop and cleaner, we were given only the mop and had to use our own cleaning supplies.||The bathroom was not properly cleaned, so we had to bleach and scrub the entire floor and bathroom ourselves. Absolutely disgusting. The room had a roach infestation—multiple roaches crawling around, including near the bed. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority, and it made the stay stressful and unsanitary. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever!!! From the start it was a mess. A simple check in was a problem. Made a 10 days reservation, and when arrived to check in they said, they said on their system it shows my stay is starting from the next day. Even though I showed them my reservation with the dates, they don’t care!! They said they don’t have any rooms available and told me to come back tomorrow. So i had to book another hotel room for 1 day. Finally, the next day I paid fully and got my room. 7 days later my room key not working and went to ask the staff, and they say i have to pay for my rest of 3 days. I showed my receipt and dont care again, and said they only charged for 7 days and not the 3 days. When i asked why they only charged me for 7 days if my reservation is for 10 days and they dont know. Ple

April 2025 I stayed 16 days and it was a 3 star review because they didn't clean the room my entire stay. Their policy is to only clean once every 15 days. I would have gotten an Airbnb if I wanted to clean. But they allow pets and I thought that was cool so I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. September 2025 WoodSprings charged me an additional $449 and it became a 1 🌟 review Fortunately, I noticed this particular transaction and my bank corrected the situation when notified.
