WoodSpring Suites Wixom - Novi

My husband and I are staying here on business with our 2yr, 3yr old and newborn. I had just given birth right before coming here and was very apprehensive about bringing my children especially my newborn but they have made our stay here very enjoyable and they are so accommodating. The room is VERY clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect especially since some of the business we conduct is close by and having a grocery store in the same parking lot is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10.

It was ok. It's an extended stay hotel, so there was a full size fridge and mini kitchen. Which also meant, no community ice machine or breakfast. No dishware or utensils though, so that was useless. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept. The price was right, it served it's purpose. Would definitely stay here again!

Only good thing is the location. Everything else is the worst experience I’ve ever had. One of the workers lives there so her kids were running around in the lobby and parking lot totally unsupervised (and barefoot??!!). And they allow smoking in rooms and try to gaslight you that it’s coming from outside. I’m not a structural engineer but I’m pretty sure if it was coming from outside then the smell would be in the whole room, not just the bathroom in the middle of the room. For two nights our bathroom smelled like a smoking room; it was so obvious we were smelling someone actively smoking below us and it was coming up through our vent. It was so bad that all of our towels and belongings in the bathroom now reek of cigarette smoke. On the last night it was so bad that it woke me up out of

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Room was clean and bright. Not a ton of amenities, but enough. Nice kitchenette. No plates or utensils provided but there is a large grocery store right next door that would have everything you would need. I found this hotel based on the highest ratings for around $100. Was not disappointed at all and would highly recommend staying here again!

The staff is amazingly friendly! The room was modern and VERY clean! The wall heating/cooling unit didn't rattle or squeal - it hummed and was responsive. It's an extended stay hotel so you really do have to bring everything you need. There was TP, soap and towels, but no extras. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room but the front desk was happy to make me a fresh cup in the morning.
