SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wixom Novi

The room was nice, the accommodations were awesome! One of the better continental breakfasts I have had, I love that the options varied and there were plenty of options to cycle through throughout the week. They were consistently mopping the floors, it always smelled great! The rooms were very quiet! They offered competitive rates in the area, and the location was phenomenal - a great view from my room of the highway/intersection but more than anything I was checking out the skyline, WHOO-WEE! I enjoyed interacting with the staff here, they were always cordial and welcoming.||Big shout out to Chelsea & Kyle for helping me out with some changes to my reservation; would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely superb stay. This hotel was very well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. Amenities were excellent — washer and dryer on-site (coin-operated; you need to use the ATM or check at the front desk for available coins), an ATM, computers to use if you needed to go online, Wi-Fi in the suite, a refrigerator, and a lovely large closet for my extended stay. The bathroom and shower are well thought out, making for a really pleasant morning or evening experience. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and consistently well done. I had a last-minute change of plans and needed a 10-day stay. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice, even in the evening hours, which was incredibly helpful. Rooms were great service is nice and there isnt anything wrong with the location. Im giving one star because the pool is not properly being maintained... myself and both of my sons were burned by the pool and all broke out in a red burning rash. Do not get in the pool.

Stayed here for Zach Bryan concert in Ann Arbor when everything else was sold out but so happy we did. Very clean, comfy and extremely friendly staff! Debra was working breakfast area and saw that I missed breakfast. She went back to kitchen and made me two sausage egg, n cheese muffins and fresh coffee. What a sweet and caring soul!! Thank you Debra for making my stay a 5 star
