Holiday Inn Express Wixom by IHG

Came for my step son birthday weekend, had a wonderful experience. Front desk personal were very helpful in getting us into the room early which really helped. Elham did a wonderful job with breakfast each morning we stayed. Only draw back was the loudness of the teams running the halls.

We spent three nights here while visiting family. My husband even complimented the comfort of the bed. The room was spacious and met expectations. ||A special shout-out to Elham who managed the breakfast area. She made us feel like family. It’s apparent she’s takes pleasure in caring for her guests. We’ll look forward to seeing her on a future visit.

It was great returning to this hotel. The remodeling turned out awesome. Great rooms, great TV's. Wallpaper in the room is really soothing. Foot rest in the shower is a nice additon. Staff is wonderful. Anyone who stays at Holiday Inn Expresses knows that the breakfast choices are basically the same, but what sets this location apart is the attention to detail and the pride Elham takes in making everyhting perfect. They provide a buffet dinner on Monday and Tuesday night.

We live local and chose to book a room so our kids could swim for Valentine’s Day. The rooms were clean and cozy, the pool and hot tub were available until 11pm and the complimentary breakfast was great thanks to Elham! She was the sweetest worker, she is very bright and welcoming in the breakfast area! (She kept the food fresh, stocked and area clean) She even had my newborn baby giggling and smiling! I hope to see her on our future stays! We also appreciate the noon check out. Great hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This seems to be my favorite hotel in the Wixom area. I have stayed at many others in the area, But I'm mostly prefer the Holiday Inn. They offer many more amenities than others. They accommodate their guests with needed supplies much more, they are super clean, The staff is super friendly, They offer a pool and a Jacuzzi which others do not Their rooms are very spacious, Clean, and up to date. I really wish people would give credit, When credit is due. Any negative post on here, they must have just had a bad experience. Because it has always been a pleasure. When staying at this particular Holiday Inn.
