WoodSpring Suites Washington DC Andrews AFB

I’m staying here while in the middle of a PCS with the military. Some of the front desk workers are amazing, while some of them have no sense of communication. If you call the front desk, they don’t answer. We brought our own sheets because the ones provided were like sandpaper. My husband went down to ask what to do with the sheets and they told us to leave it outside the door and housekeeping would pick up the sheets, and then I got a knock on the door saying I need to bring the sheets downstairs while my baby is crying and I’m in the middle of working. The first day we were here, I made sure to scrub the entire room down because it was clear that housekeeping didn’t. The floors stained my socks with dirt. The toilet was not cleaned, the amount of dirt and grime that came off the toilet

10/4/25|To whom it may concern:|For quite a while now, I have been staying (and still currently residing) at the Woodspring Suites Washington DC Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, MD. My experience at Wood Springs Suites has been nothing less than "Great"! The staff here: Shani, Ronnie, Aquilla, Kim, and the other staff. In my opinion are the Best! The management team at the Andrews site is on top of it. The new Temporary GM, Jason He, was the Temp GM at this site before Super Guy, very Professional, and the maintenance manager, Quartez. Positive: The front desk staff was upfront with me about a dye stain that was on the bathroom floor of the room I stayed in. She was also nice and very helpful when we were trying to figure out directions to a place we were going. Negative: The parking as it seems that there are some cars that have been in the parking lot for quite some time so that appearance was an eyesore and made one question about the location and safety.

Stayed here for two weeks. It is in a good location because you are close to the air base. The area seems pretty safe. There are a couple of government buildings next to the hotel, there is plenty of parking. The rooms are okay. A little outdated and a bit dirty and there is a roach problem. There are no utensils, pots or pans in the room, you have to pay extra for that and there is no extra towels or linen you have to pay extra for that or eash them tourself. The rooms are not cleaned by staff during your stay unless you stay 14 days or longee. The front desk staff is superb and friendly and help you with anything that yoy need. I had a very disappointing experience with WoodSpring Suites. When I checked out, I was told my security deposit would be returned. It never was. After calling to follow up, staff told me the deposit was kept because I supposedly “missed a day.” This is completely false. I have receipts showing that I paid every single day of my stay. Despite explaining this and having proof, my deposit has still not been returned. This is extremely unprofessional and feels dishonest. Guests should not have to fight to get their own money back. I would not recommend staying here and advise anyone who does to keep all receipts and documentation.
