Super 8 by Wyndham Camp Springs/Andrews AFB DC Area

Had worst experience. Went with my family including 6 mo baby, preferred non smoking room but was given smoking room. Then on request, I was given non smoking room which was worser, so I had to stay in smoking room itself. They gave me a spray to get rid of the smell but definitely it won’t remove the entire smoke effect. Squeaky beds, broken things, torn bedsheets. I had nothing to feel positive about the stay. Staff tried to help but couldn’t due to no other options.

It is a shame that they showed such beautiful pictures of their rooms. The room looked very nice but they don’t show you all the roaches and other bugs, crawling across the floor. My room didn’t even have a place to hang my clothes. I called the front desk to ask if any of the other rooms have a place to hang clothes and she gave me a worthless answer, and said ask housekeeping that she doesn’t clean the room, so therefore she doesn’t know what is in the room. She was lazy and sorry and I guess they hired her to sit on her behind. I ordered a pizza that night, and before I could get back to it the next morning, there were roaches all over it. I don’t suggest you go there unless you want to come as a couple and leave with a family of roaches in your home. They are taking in money and should

Positive: They have smoking rooms and they are cheap Negative: The roaches, the smells, the loud people arguing and fighting all night. The customer service was horrible. They will keep having a joint conversation while giving you a room and get an attitude if they have to tell who they talking to hold on.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! The saying is true. You get what you pay for. I should have known better. Spoty dirty looking sheets in my son's room. Broken toilet handle. In my son's room. It falls off. And you have to put the the handle back on. Then push it in to flush. Front desk didn't have access to clean sheets. You have to walk to a sister hotel. For the "SUPERSTAR BREAKFAST!" what a joke. Stale pastry. Weak coffee, hit water for tea wasn't hot. Had to warm my water up in the microwave. I'm not a complainer. But this place needs improvements all the way around! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Positive: Location convenience Negative: We had a two night stay for a non smoking room. The room smelled like smoke. There was a short in the bathroom light, top overlay of bedspreads could have been cleaner, cigarette holes, and one the the bedsheets had 2 red stains on the fitted bedsheet.
