Motel 6 Camp Springs, DC - South Camp Springs

During our stay here we have had minimal issues and issues we have had Rita and Mike in the office have been excellent with making sure we were comfortable. They are very friendly, high spirited, always positive, and pay attention to your needs. If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t stay here.

I would avoid this motel look at another one. |No coffee maker, |No refrigerator|No microwave|Didn't change the sheets|Didn't clean the bathroom.|Burn wholes in sheets and bedspreads|The only thing they did I would say in the room when checked in was change the trash bags. |Pictures of what they have on website isn't what it looks like today.|The place has thin walls not good for around midnight when people outside yelling. Inside the room you can hear yelling too. Even children yelling this late too it's not the baby crying or anything. This motel needs to be checked out by the Motel 6 branch.

Positive: It had a smoking room Negative: The sheets were dirty and stained. The cleaning lady knocked on the door each morning like she was the police. The bathroom had holes in the walls

Probably one of the scariest hotels I have ever stepped foot in. Room was dirty, bullet proof glass for a counter top, parking lot gate, sirens every 5 min, the bathtub spout is coming out of the wall, dead bugs in the refrigerator, bugs (roaches) hanging out in the bathtub, cigarette burn holes in all the linens, burn marks on all the furniture. I wouldn't take my shoes off, I slept in my clothes, on top of my purse brought in a blanket and left it there. We would have slept in the car but that was even scarier. If it wasn't as late as it was, and if we hadn't been driving for 8hrs already we would have went somewhere else.

From the office staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms and property, this location is pretty exceptional for a Motel 6. Rita & Mike are super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating on a day-to-day. The cleaning staff is friendly & efficient. They’re always working together to keep the property tidy. I also love that the property itself is always clean & landscaped. The rooms are decent for the $$$ and parking isn’t bad.
