TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! NOT GOOD! EXTREMELY BAD---Needs to be renovated with hotel staff replaced! Liked · The room was warm; it had a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and appropriate bath linens. This is as good as it gets folks--Let's keep it 100! Disliked · Checking in was really bad and super slow; There was a moldy smell in the lobby, and I had to wait about 15 minutes before and 4:00 to access my room, and there was only one person ahead of me in line!. When I saw where my room was, I quickly assessed the area which was not safe at all for a single female like me...The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear arguments, mattress thumping, and loud music in the middle of the night. Worse hotel it started off they running a false advertisement stating you can check in early and they will be serving breakfast. Manager is very rude to women I guest where he’s from a women can’t ask question. We get to the room in the back of the building and the floor had little pieces of paper, chips and other particles on the floor. Then looking around the room the borders hanging off the wall. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The room just look a mess. But you know what when we first came into the Day’s I saw a sign on the wall that said house phone but there was no phone hanging up. So that should had been a red flag then. But we get another room two door down. That room was not good neither it was getting late take a shower the towels looked dirty and the water did not go down fast enough l

first the rooms were dirty and smelled of mold when we arrived. we let it go because we had no where else to stay til we waited on our apartment but the next day we started noticing roaches and mice EVERYWHERE. we also let that go but then workers started harassing us and we could never get in touch with a manager. then on a random day in the week we got kicked out with no reason.. they tried to say there were no rooms available that day but we started seeing other people check in so we questioned again and they tell us we are the only people that cannot check in without reason and made up a lie on me and my partner.. mind you we are very quiet people that stay to our selves we aren’t even from here. it was an inconvenience i truly believe i was discriminated against and it’s just wrong. w

Positive: Clean, employees are very nice. It's quiet; you don't hear a thing. It relaxes me a lot. I do my office work here. I am very thankful to the hotel staff. I've stayed here four or five times.Thank you so much!!! Negative: No complaint. I love the services. Sometimes I am there early, and they gave me the room before 4pm. They are very very very nice. Always I leave tips to housekeeping.Thank you

ONLY READ IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF MUSTERING HUMANITY WITHIN YOURSELF This is an old and struggling hotel... Has a great location near DC and the Air Force Base... But it definitely (as other reviews have suggested) had some issues. Honestly, it has many issues. BUT they are working on it!! They are renovating. I think they may have changed smoking policy recently... So YES everything smells like smoke from when that was allowed in all rooms... If you don't like smoke or have allergies, don't stay here. If your house is so clean that you don't have need for a bug contractor and NEVER see any bugs, then I want to move into your house and I suggest you may not want to stay here... The world has bugs, the forest and the most beautiful places on earth, most of you reading this CAN'T afford to
