Hampton Inn & Suites Camp Springs/Andrews AFB

I had a truly excellent experience, and I’d like to extend special thanks to the outstanding team who made my stay memorable. Rubis, the Front Desk Supervisor, was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from check-in to departure. Kelin, the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured everything was spotless and well maintained, reflecting great attention to detail. Mayra from Food & Beverage provided exceptional service with a friendly attitude and genuine care. A special mention to James, the General Manager and Host, whose leadership and personal touch were evident throughout my stay. His commitment to guest satisfaction truly sets the tone for the entire team. Thank you all for the exceptional service, I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The rooms were okay but the man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. However, and unbelievably so. The lady who cooked the breakfast this morning mistakenly placed furniture polish out instead of spray butter who then proceeded to spray the furniture polish onto the waffle maker despite being told not to spray it?? We reported her and she did later remove the waffle maker. But who knows what else she cooked in the kitchen with furniture polish.

I had a horrible experience with my most recent stay at the Hampton Inn Camp Springs, Maryland. We checked in Thursday, August 28th and checked out Monday, September1st. The doorknob fell off twice, my daughter was hit by the doorknob Thursday evening, and it fell off again on Friday. Terrible customer service. There was an odd smell for a few hours, and management did not address the smell until numerous customers complained. Managment still did not contact the fire department- a customer did. The hotel does not have enough towels. They were giving out two towels for rooms with four people. A mess. The manager was very rude.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

The General Manager should be fired after he has a mental health evaluation! I called this morning and his tone throughout the entire call was disturbing! He was acting as if I was a bother to him. Sir you are at work! You get paid to do a job and you do it horribly! You should never answer a phone again! I am not calling a prison, I am calling a hotel. Your customer service was terrible. He refused to give me his name, but I recorded the calls and I will send them to corporate. There is no way this man should I run a hotel or anything for that matter! He is disgraceful and disgusting to the Hilton name! If answering questions make you upset… YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!!!!!! I am not sure how you made it to GM, but once I’m done with calling Go Hilton like you told me to, we will see
