I am not the person who does reviews but If y’all have pets do not go here!!! They claim they are pet friendly but they are not. They also will state that they have a pet policy with certain rules but they will not provide that to you. The rooms aren’t as clean either, there’s black marks all over the walls and when we went to the bathroom there was poop smudges still in the toilet and dried up period blood as well. The front office people are also very rude they will shame you any chance they get and are very unprofessional and they gossip too much. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Also if you leave early from there you will not get your money back and that is no where stated on their website or nothing. Just a waist of time and space

My stay at the hotel was excellent. I encountered no issues during my visit, and the room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would also like to commend Leticia for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and had a warm, outgoing attitude that made my experience even more enjoyable. Her exceptional demeanor truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Weirdest place ever. They provided stove and refrigerator but nothing about utensils and cookware. Don’t expect to cook if you don’t have any of them.

This hotel was not what i expected. At first glance the room was clean, neat, and reasonably sized. Perfectly normal for a hotel room. However, as soon as i intended to sleep on the king sized bed, i noticed that there was a hair on the sheets. I pulled the blanket and the sheet farther apart to find 4 more long hairs and 2 short ones. i was absolutely disgusted. i requested new sheets and the desk lady was not exactly customer service friendly. She gave me the new set of sheets and when i went to put them on the bed… i found more hair. overall a good room if you can look past the hairy sheets.

I had the weirdest experience there on Saturday, 3/29/25. I reserved a room from Expedia earlier in the day. I'd stayed here before and had no problem. However, this time I arrived to check-in around 10:45pm to find the lobby completely empty with a broom leaning against the front desk. I called out, no one answered. I tried the lobby phone like the signs tell you to and the recorded message said, "This service has not been setup" or something essentially like that. I rang the bell, no answer. So, I just sat in the lobby trying to figure out what to do. Then, another guest comes walking in to check-in as well. He'd apparently been there earlier and found this same thing. He had tired kids with him and just wanted his room too. At about 11:00pm, a young man comes in wearing street clothes
