EVEN Hotel Waco - University Area by IHG

Ultra Clean- best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hands down. Everything was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, and fun. I even saw a front desk team member w/ a lint roller to double-check bed cleanliness. That level of care says everything. My kids and I always inspect hotel beds first thing, and these were absolutely immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi area were wonderful, and the ping-pong table was a fun! The staff were incredibly polite and warm. The rooms had double KING beds (never seen that before), incredibly comfortable pillows, and pristine linens. We slept amazingly. We will absolutely be back and I’ll definitely be choosing IHG properties again because of this experience.

We were here to visit our daughter at Baylor University. This was our first stay at the Even Hotel. Nice place our only complaint is the noise from the a/c or furnace unit every so often. Haven’t experienced that at any hotel before. We were on 4th floor and you could hear the constant running of it. |Pros: easy 15 minute walk to both the new basketball Foster Pavilion and the football stadium, McLane stadium. We saw both sports during the weekend. Nice bar and common area downstairs in lobby. Pool area is large and nice use of common seating spaces.

I had an amazing stay (my daughters Baylor Move-in) at EVEN Hotels Waco - University Area and couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Everyone from the front desk team to housekeeping were friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless! The rooms were immaculate, with attention to detail in every corner. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness in both public areas and the guest rooms. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work, as everything was fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with top-tier service and a pristine environmen

A fabulous hotel to stay in when visiting Waco! The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and comfortable. The shower was especially nice and had great pressure. Only note would be that the coffee cups in the rooms were a bit small and the lids did not fit on them. I loved that there was a microwave and water station on every floor! Every hotel should be doing this. The gym was absolutely magnificent. Large, spacious, well equipped and maintained. However, 2 of the 3 treadmills seemed to be out of order. The pool/outdoor space was quite lovely and enjoyable. I would enjoy staying here again!
