Home Grounds RV Park

Been living here since they opened. My fiancé and I absolutely love it here. We haven’t had any problems. We have plenty of room to make a small yard for our dogs. The owners are AWESOME! They really take time to get to know you and help you out if needed!

This park is what I have been waiting for. Lots of shade, plenty of room. Owners are just great. They have done everything they can do to see that all is well with my space. They came over and introduced themselves the day I moved in and made me feel very welcome. I love it here.

I am so excited and impressed to have Home Grounds RV park! As a Waco native, this space has wonderfully filled a community void. There are local parks, both of this nature and the alternatives, at our disposal. But, never has there been a space that so effortlessly balances home, warmth, safety, and peace. Care is evident immediately upon arrival. Home Grounds is well kept, clean, and spacious. And, rare bonus, the owners are truly lovely. Every interaction I’ve had with them is perpetually positive and deeply genuine. I have always received prompt responses, received answers to any of my questions questions, and been gifted warm wishes for myself and family. As Waco continues it’s rapid, perpetual growth, I am very pleased to say this is one of the few spaces/environments that remains

Very nice owners. Nice park yes its new. Not all parks start with all the amenities. But it clean quite and over all a great place. I have 3 boxers so big dog friendly.

While this is not an RV resort with all the amneties that go along with a resort, it IS an excellent park with very spacious lots with plenty of room to park personal vehicles. If you are an extended park stayer like us, this is a great place with very reasonable rates with electricity & water included in monthly rate. Owners are very friendly. Love this park, no issues with quiet hours noise, and plenty of shade. Cons: Bring your own wifi or hotspot. Its a very new park and the owners havent put infrastructure in for internet.
