Magnolia RV Resort

We are in Waco for work and have been staying with Magnolia RV since the end of October 2025. This park has been so lovely. Its quiet, safe, and a great location. Our site is spacious and clean. We love all the facilities, as they are modern and convenient. Also I walk everyday and love the loop around the ponds, listening and watching the water fountains. The staff has been nothing but amazing to us and more than helpful with anything we need. 10 out of 10 recommend a stay with them! You won't regret a minute!

My friend lives here through most of the year and I love visiting her! The community amenities really make the difference. I enjoy the holiday parties and Sunday brunches. You really feel like you belong. I also love the mature trees around some of the lots. Great place! I highly recommend checking it out.

Great place to stay ! It was packed this past weekend for the concert at Baylor Stadium and they were from all over. They had karaoke and margaritas on Friday night by the pool and the best waffles and mimosas for breakfast Saturday and Sunday ! Great family place to stay and so clean and well decorated and friendly staff!

I think Magnolia RV Resort must be brand new! This place is Spotless! The concrete parking pads are flat & perfectly level. The shower/bath houses (both Ladies & Gents) are immaculate! I did laundry & the Speed Queen Machines looked new! The employees (or managers/owners) who welcomed us were so pleasant & helpful they even had a "follow me" cart & directed us to our spot! We got in our steps for the day walking the concrete sidewalks to the fishing pond. This campground RV park is my #1 favorite and this was a spontaneous adventure, we never planned to come to Waco. So glad we did!

Magnolia RV Resort is the most beautiful place we have stayed! Clean, well manicured, great amenities, friendly staff! Gorgeous pool and fishing ponds. And they have a complimentary waffle bar on Saturday and Sunday! Highly recommend this place to everyone!
