Positive: "" Negative: I was not able to check in to my room. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk , I called the number to the front desk and the person who answered said they would be coming to check me in shortly. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up

Unfortunately, this place is infested with cockroaches. In addition to the cockroaches, I found a wheelbug. Certain wheel bugs are responsible for transmitting Chaga's disease. I collected it just in case anyone had symptoms down the road. The room is in general need of maintenance.

The staff here are nice and I'm closer to my job, but the other guests that are here at the moment are a bit bothersome they're noisy. But at least the staff is nice well the three I've interacted with they're names are Christina, Jasmine, and one other person who's name i can't mention because they told me not to. But all in all this place is OK for me for now till I move on. Thanks to all the woodspring staff for being and making this place great

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. Here are the worst parts I witnessed: Trash everywhere outside, Homeless people walking around the parking lot, Absolutely filthy inside around the Office, Trim falling off the elevator, blood On the walls and the floor, The stench of marijuana was everywhere, As were the tenants as they are openly Drinking and smoking in the hallways and around the building. I was super tired when I checked in at midnight, But I was very nervous leaving my vehicle outside due to all of the extra people outside and the lack of lights, but I went up to the room because I needed some sleep. When I got to the room, It appeared whomever checked out of the room had just done so and the room was not cleaned at all. The bed was made, even though

The lady at night is the sweetest, very cool, she should be hotel manager. The day shift hotel manager is completely rude and aggressive. So I got a room and it was horrible. Extremely smelly, bathroom wasnt clean, and roaches literally crawling out the microwave and fridge. Like wow, I said something and the lady manager during the morning shift said she didn't care. Like how rude can you be knowing your rooms are dirty, smelly, and completely full of roaches.
