WoodSpring Suites Virginia Beach

The room was very nice, clean, and tidy. A couple dents in the walls but we didn’t really care. It was my first time booking and the manager Robbie was realistic in regards to the expectations of the room. He was also very sweet and pleasant to talk to. <3

They let you check your room before agreeing to stay I see why not because it has ROACHES !! I didn’t even get settled into my room good before I seen 2 and they fall out of the refrigerator. The shower still had previous users hair and such on the walls and floor and the toilet still had booty flakes NO LIE. I mean you get what you pay for for spending my money shouldn’t cost me my health either! PAY TO STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK !! I’ve seen jail cells that were cleaner than this!

Positive: It was in a good location Negative: You have to clean your own room.it own had 2 pillows most place have 4We was looking for the housekeeper could not find him then he came out of no where talking about wow wow because my husband was getting bath towels if he was doing his job.

We weren't there 20min and saw 5 roaches in our room. They gave us another room and it was more roaches. They were on the walls in the hallway. We called priceline and they were able to secure a refund. We were out in an hour. Mind you the reservation is non refundable and we still got a refund. Do not stay there

I checked in for 5 days and it was amazing. Very clean, and I love the kitchenette being able to cook for my family while on vacation was great. Staff is friendly and I love that I could bring my dog with me as well. Best thing about the room is being able to crack my window and get some of that fresh Virginia Beach breeze. Look forward to coming back.
