I do not recommend staying here. February 22, 2026 I was here for a few days with my toddler child. I was given a handicap room that had a strong urine smell (216) but then asked for a room change. The front desk work gladly assisted me with that. I moved my belongings and left until later in the evening and when I returned, I saw the new room (212) was infested with roaches and I quick had to leave. The front desk worker seemed to not care and said the hotel does nothing in regards to the situation no refund or anything, even with the unsanitary conditions.

Hello this will be an honest review! Me and my husband flew into town from Maryland and saw this hotel online it was super convenient near hobby airport I told him honey just book it he usually doesnt like extended stays for whatever reason but from the minute we arrived the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming We encountered I want to say Key she had the warmest smile and was so helpful later on that night we encountered Miss Belma she was also so warm and welcoming she even let us know about places near by for food as well as assisted us with using the laundry area as me and my husband are in our later ages so we needed help love those two and if we were to return to visit I will most definitely come and stay ,My husband doesn't write reviews but he made a great choice that night by boo

I had the pleasure of staying there for one year last year we loved everybody from the girls at the front down to Johnny always helped and made sure my family was straight ! Fast forward to few weeks ago we recently went for an overnight stay We encountered Belma and Key still felt like home it's was nice the next morning we saw Veronica and Johnny definitely felt like old times we didn't see Q but shout-out to the crew see y'all soon

I typically do not leave reviews. In this case, I will in the hopes that no one else book a stay here I booked through Booking.com because it was close to family. I was there to visit when I arrived. I was told that I had to pay extra fees, one fee was for clean linens for the seven day stay I had booked. I asked even if I do not request clean linens or towels? I was told yes it’s a standard fee of $3.50 per day. The room was in decent condition. Every day, the second floor hallway was full of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. It also filled my non-smoking room. The rooms are not well insulated. I could hear people coming and going constantly throughout my stay. Constantly being woken up by others coming and going babies, crying dogs barking. Do not waste your money staying here.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. The ladies at the front desk were always very nice to us especially Key, Q, Belma. and V. They were always helpful, made sure we felt safe, and always accommodated us to the best of their abilities. It's also close to outlets and lots of restaurants.
