This property is in excellent condition, look like they just got new flooring throughout the hallways for all 3 floors. Room was great, very clean, odorless. Nice modern kitchen, love the full-size fridge, whole foods is literally 3 mins drive. Clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. Very safe, especially for my son and my family. Highly important. Nice fitness room, laundry room, and sitting area out at the front desk. No weird homeless or suspicious activity around the property. Overall, the staff is great, especially the GM, Katrina! Very hard worker, she definitely need a break! ❤️💯 I highly recommend for anyone to come and booked here.

We just checked out of woodSpring and the hotel was spotless and smelled great throughout our stay. I want to give a special thanks to Zack at the front desk—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. His nails were fabulous too! Also, a big thank you to Grace for her kindness and helpfulness as well. Both Zack and Grace made our stay truly enjoyable with their exceptional service. Thank you both for the wonderful hospitality |The only thing was missing is ice machine

Katrina and her staff are super professional and friendly, always willing to help. I read different reviews about the rooms, and I just want to say that the room I’m staying in is nice and decent, and I’m super grateful. The bed is always nicely done, and the restroom is big, so you have plenty of space to shower and store your things. The kitchen is clean and decent, and the overall layout is comfortable. I have no issues at all. As a long-term resident, I would definitely recommend staying at WoodSpring. I always sleep comfortably and never have any problems. I would rate it five out of five. One thing I really like is that when you order from Amazon or get any deliveries, you’re able to receive them without any issues. None of my packages have ever gone missing, been opened, or damage

Positive: "" Negative: No information given at checkin that there was no room service, nor could you get replacement towels. Unable to get toilet paper unless you paid for it. Phone in room didn?t work. People in the room above us were extremely noisy past quiet hours

Stayed here to drastically cut my work commute while the season is very busy. Management is AWESOME, shoutouts to Rob especially. So extremely helpful, and you can tell he cares to make our experience perfect. Highly recommend this location!
