Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle East/Redmond

The best experience as rooms were spacious,had beautiful view from window; extremely comfortable connectvity with Rail, bus, hotels of all cuisins, banks. Friendly staff, quick service, all amenities. Basic supplies in room quite sufficient. Met all high standard stay. We stayed for 3 days, enjoyed breakfast as it was included. Breakfast was nutritious; Healthy options provided. On 3rd day delicious spinach cheese without crust and cheese veg sausages were too good options, delicious, n tasty. For us they were totally new attractions. Oats, fruits added value to the break fast.

Great property with all the amenities of home. Surprised at all this hotel had to offer! Great location, quiet, and convenient (next to full-service Marriott and walking distance to Redmond's best restaurants, shopping, and grocery). My room was very relaxing after full business days. The kitchen was clean and well-appointed with a full-sized fridge, too. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was ample, and had many options. No one could ever leave hungry! Thanks to the team also for allowing early check in, it made my early arrival to SEA much easier.

My wife and I were forced out of our home because of a massive water leak from a failed water heater. We checked in and for the first day and a half to two days everything was fine. Suddenly my key was turned off by the front desk and they threatened to kick us out even though we had a receipt showing that The room was paid for in full. despite having a receipt they still threaten to kick us out. in instead of calling the apartment complex to work it out, the front Desk demanded that we have the apartment complex Call them at 8 o’clock at night. This caused us a great deal of undue stress and ruined our experience. We checked in to our room and it was quite warm. We understand that usually they turn the AC off to save money. Absolutely makes sense. We got in our room kicked on the A/C and an hour later the room was actually hotter than when we checked in.||I called the front desk and was completely blown off. “You just have to wait for it to kick in”. No offer to check nothing. Not an apology just completely rude. He even suggested we just “open a window.” As I sit here the temperature has gone up another degree.||We’re going in the wrong direction. It’s already 9pm. How can you sleep in a sauna. Appalling response to our issue. Will absolutely never stay here again.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had an enjoyable experience. Hotel is in a good location. Rooms are nice. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Julia at the front desk. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. Would definitely stay again.
