Archer Hotel Redmond

Overall I’ve had a few disappointments during this stay that I feel are worth noting. The room did not appear to be cleaned to the usual standard I expect. There was noticeable dog hair on the sheets, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The bigger issue, however, has been the service in the diner. My schedule has been very tight, and I have had to wait roughly 20–25 minutes before anyone even approached the table to ask for my order. This happened all three visits. Yesterday the wait was so long that I eventually had to leave and skip breakfast entirely. Today I waited about 20 minutes again before someone finally came to bring water and take my order. I understand that mornings can be busy, but waiting that long just to be acknowledged makes it difficult when guests are

Great hotel. New, clean. Comfortable fresh beds. Super clean. I’m picky when it comes to hotels. This is a real 4 star. It’s quiet. I mean it all you want a hotel to be. Free coffee all day long. Free great coffee. Great little cafe downstairs: AKB Hotel Bar inside the Archer Hotel Seattle, and the highlight was easily the service from Sharon. She was personable, attentive, and made the space feel comfortable right away. Nothing felt rushed, and she checked in at just the right moments. Her attitude and care genuinely elevated my stay and turned a simple stop at the bar into a really pleasant experience. She’s the kind of server who leaves a lasting impression.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent impromptu three-night stay at Archer Redmond. The hotel was not very busy at this time, but the holiday decorations were tasteful and charming. We had outstanding service from the staff at reception and the restaurant, and the food was top-notch. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. We will have no hesitation in making another reservation at the Redmond hotel and will try to check out their other locations as well.

This was a last minute choice on a visit to Seattle area. Usual choice is to stay in regular chain hotels but this time we wanted to be out of the city. Easy to find, not far from centre of downtown. Although it's located outside a small shopping mall and near to a busier highway, it's very quiet, the rooms are quiet, and it has its own parking garage. While we didn't use the bar, we did have breakfast which had many healthy alternatives, including choices for the smaller appetites. The coffee was good.|The king room itself was spacious, clean, and very thoughtfully presented. Bathroom was spotless. I liked the touch of the umbrella for this northwest weather, and the books in the room. |The ambience of the hotel was calm and cosy, no glitz to be found, and even the Christmas decorations w
