Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

I have stayed there twice now in 5 months & it was even better the 2nd time. Brain at the front is awesome. I had the best burger of my life from the restaurant, as well as the breakfast being incredible. The location is great, I had a view of the park this time & it was magical. Everyone is very nice & the atmosphere is great throughout. I will be back soon!! Thank you for making in person customer service important in a world where things are turning automated.

Me and my daughter are very outstanding, very nice world travelers, family oriented, and well behaved people and guests of high standard hotels. I stayed here for two weeks with my daughter and 3 dogs. It was my first time staying at the Hyatt house. When I first came in to check in, the lady at the front desk spoke to me very rudely and had an attitude that was my first red flag at this place. The first morning, when I was finishing eating breakfast and was heading back to my hotel room, I noticed a small dog coming out of the pool with a family. Dogs shouldn’t be allowed in hotel pools. Through my two weeks of staying there, I stayed in three different rooms and I noticed all of them had mold throughout the room, and windows were drenched in water and the window and door handlers wer

Managed to book the balcony suite for a night at a good price. Stay was great, view to the quiet street was pretty with the fall colors all around. It was probably too cold to sit outside on the balcony though. Bed was big and comfy, The washroom was surprisingly a windowed one, a rare facility nowadays. A kitchenette, sofa and coffee table is also available. Breakfast was tasty with changing options everyday. Lobby atmosphere was cozy, peaceful and elegant. Great stay, wish to stay again.

The hotel was very welcoming and the decor was excellent. The staff were so kind when we checked in very late at night. We stayed in a king suite with a pull out sofa and kitchen area. The space was perfect for three adults. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed having the kitchen area, although we didn't use it too much. The breakfast was amazing and varied in items each day. There were hot items, baked goods, fruit, bagels/toast, etc. There is a parking fee of $15 per day. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t rate the rooms cause I never made it that far. I’m a Hyatt member and I’ve always had wonderful experiences staying at Hyatt's with my cat. I booked the one in Redmond on January 3rd, as a getaway after working all the holidays. I made sure I booked in a “pet friendly” hotel. Checked the box “staying with pet” and when I arrived filled out paperwork for my pet. I’ve always stayed in pet friendly hotels at hyatts and never had an issue with my cat. Even filled out “feline” for species. Lugged all my crap from my car to the lobby and the girl who checked me in was like “ oh we don’t allow cats” why not post that on your website. Not “pet friendly” but “ dog only friendly” I drove 2 hours, paid 2 toll fees and paid non refundable down payments for activities like a seabus plane tour and
