Seattle Marriott Redmond

First stay in Redmond and this Marriott has already earned a loyal customer. The property is great! Clean room, great location, comfy bed, and convenient little store for snacks and things you may need in the lobby. Which brings me to why I will always choose this hotel. I picked up a drink and snack at the store and went to get my credit card but couldn't find any of my cards. The clerk was so nice and supportive and truly put my situation ahead of the transaction. THAT is great customer service!

I only had to go 3,000 miles to find a Marriott in the US that actually has a functioning M club. On top of the minor miracle of simply being open, the M club at this Marriott is also quite nice. The staff working it are always exceptionally friendly to everyone.||This Marriott is nice, the rooms are large and pretty modern feeling. The lobby area and bar/restaurant are open and airy feeling without being extremely loud most of the time.||The staff all-around are super friendly. From the front-desk to the bartender. They have happily helped us with any issues we've run into. I've been very pleased with my stay.

A great experience from start to finish. The hotel is situated in a prime location near plenty of amenities, but the highlight of my visit was the service. The staff members are professional, kind, and exceptionally proactive. Even if there was something missing (which I don’t believe there was!), the team is so responsive and accommodating that they would undoubtedly resolve it instantly. A great choice for any traveler.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby is inviting, bright and well-decorated. The bar staff were beyond kind and engaging...authentic too! The room was so modern and the windows were large and allowed a lot of natural light to come in. The room was spotless too...cleanliness means everything to me and the room was perfect. The bathroom shower was lovely as well. Just steps from the hotel was a world of shopping and dining that kept me busy all day. I would highly recommend Marriott at Redmond Town Center.

I have stayed at this property a few times and loved my stay every time. The highlight for me is the staff, they are always most welcoming, warm and friendly. They really try to go out of their way to take care of the guests. A 5 star experience for me every time.
