WoodSpring Suites San Antonio UTSA - Medical Center

I'm a long-term resident coming up on 3 months. Now, I chose this location cause it's 5 minutes from where I work, it's directly across the street from Walmart on day of road and Sam's there's a major car washer across the street and multiple restaurants and businesses in a very, very close 1 to 2 square mile radius of the hotel centrally, located off of i10 and university Heinz, just before dates of all the road. And the rooms are modern, clean efficient. You have a full kitchen. I pulled a lot of my personal effects out of storage. To make it more like home, you badge. In about you, security is good. I'm thrilled to share my experience at the WoodSpring Suites Medical Center in San Antonio! The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, warm, and respectful - they made us feel like family. A huge shoutout to Jeremy at the front desk, who always greeted us with a smile and loved chatting with us, including my son. He's definitely a people person and has a great way with kids! I told the manager to keep him forever - he's a game-changer.||The rooms were small, but we knew what to expect given the rate. They were mostly quiet, and we appreciated the convenience of having amenities like an on-site laundry facility, and being close to businesses like Walmart, H-E-B, and Whataburger.||However, there were a few areas for improvement. Been here for little over a month. This hotel is close to Walmart, HEB and Sam’s and some fast food places The room has a fridge, sink, two burner stove and a microwave. It’s got storage for clothes. Bathroom is a good size, as well. It is pet friendly (dogs only). It’s got shelves for whatever you wanna put on it. It’s got an elevator and stairs to get to the rooms upstairs. There is a laundry room on the first floor that is coin operated or paid for the CSC website Jeremy has been the guy at the front desk that I see when I need something. He has taken care of me whenever I needed something and has answered any questions I had. Homie needs a raise! But I would recommend this place, especially since it’s fairly quiet

I stayed at WoodSpring suites for a week and I was so happy with my stay! Dylan was so helpful at check in and checkout. The room was clean and spacious, the kitchenette was just what I needed. The whole building was clean and safe and I felt perfectly comfortable during my stay.

Location is perfect close to grocery stores great restaurants mom and pop shops and local vendor food trucks not far away from Austin and a straight shot to downtown. The stay has been better than expected to be honest i stayed at a few all over the country and this one is definitely above and beyond the majority. The staff has been pleasant catering to our needs no matter the time. Jeremy is a saint whatever you guys do make sure hes apart of management or directing a regional team in the near future for the long haul him and few others once i get their names ill edit and give praises due along with house keeping. My pup has been pleased with the space to sunbathe 🤣🤣🤣
