Hotel Emma

The area is super centric and safe. No need for a car, there are a lot of different options for food. I love their service from the moment you walk in until you check out. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and they tried to make it an experience staying there. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The noise level is relatively low. There is a great lobby, bar, and coffee and water are available all day. Breakfast is great and a good price to be inside the hotel. The swimming pool is heated and clean.

Stayed at hotel Emma two nights for a family wedding nearby. The staff was the best we’ve encountered. GenuinelyFriendly, genuinely desired to make our stay remarkable. From the valet to the bellmen—every employee we encountered was professional, and made our stay truly remarkable! The hotel itself is just so super cool. The setting, the history, the design elements, the amenities, shopping, restaurants…wonderful!!

We stayed at this magnificent historic hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary and the whole experience was top tier! The room was beautiful and inviting, the service impeccable. We loved the amenities, from the turn down service, to the special cocktails in the library and the full room service. The concierge service went above and beyond, not only making recommendations, but deftly navigating reservations and even wait listed items. We also greatly enjoyed being in walking distance of so many great restaurants and shopping in the heart of the Pearl. If you get the chance to stay here, it's a must!

This hotel is impeccable, impressive, and in my opinion a great homage to San Antonio and its industrial history and roots. This is a must visit, have a cocktail and if yiu aren't staying at the hotel be sure to peruse the grounds, and interior. A gorgeous historical revamp. *I've never seen/been in the rooms btw)

Interesting hotel located in what used to be the Pearl brewery. The hotel kept the brewery motif and the vats have been converted into accessible dining / booths for sharing intimate cocktails. Elegant. And adjoining the hotel is a pedestrian park next to the river with plenty of additional cafes, restaurants and little stores. Everything is well manicured and presented. Service is somewhat challenging as there are so many people, but the atmosphere makes up for the service. The library var was probably the most enjoyable part of the hotel - so highly recommend that or the roof top.
