Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport

Best stay in San Antonio ever and just to qualify, we’ve stayed at 6-7 places over the years. Staff was friendly upon arrival and with any questions. Parking was free and easy. The breakfast was easily one of the best of all time and we’ve traveled a bunch. The room was a suite and was nicely set up with a living room area then a middle kitchenette separated with a pocket door to the bedroom with 2 queens. Beds were comfy and nice pillows. It was clean and quiet despite being surrounded by youngsters there on a sports trip. Everyone was friendly including housekeeping. Drip coffee maker in the kitchenette.

10 stars!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Aaron Francisco, the GM, treats every guest like family, he’s constantly serving, greeting, checking in, and making sure everyone is having the best possible stay. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. Our room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the parking and location couldn’t be more convenient. The whole property feels incredibly safe and accommodating, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Truly, with the combination of value, hospitality, and comfort, it would be crazy to stay anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

Micky works the desk overnightband was amazing at customer service. Very patient. Jennifer works during day, gave me tips to her nail salon, answered questions and was very sweet. All the staff including housekeeping was great during my 4 days there. (Except for Sara-rude over the phone) Food buffet was better than most. Suites are spacious. Location is close to lots of things. No EV charging stations 😒 I will be back!

To say the least, this hotel delivers what they say. I felt so welcomed there, it was incredible. I meet the GM who runs the place . He does a great job for the company and his customers. His assistant GMs were right there with him doing a great job. Also meet a very nice young lady who is a manager in training. She did a great job as well. If you stay here, you will feel right at home. I am definitely coming back here to stay when I get back to San Antonio. Money well spent. Thanks again.||Lewis Curry
