Now for the rooms, I'm grateful my family and I have a room to stay in. However I wish there weren't so many roaches in different areas of the room. I have disposed of 10 roache

I would not advise no one to come here. When I got in my room there was no lamp, you have to stay 2 weeks until the maids can issue clean towels, one roll of toilet paper. I had to purchase a lamp and and a blanket. The thin cover they hand was a thin sheet only. Never again.

Worst full of roachers and smell on non smoking room. Me and family was not able to sleep we checked in at 12:20 am and checkout early morning with complaints at front desk. They are full of lie people and they sent me to call back on Monday to get refund but after we call they saying it’s not refundable.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this location for a couple of days last week due to its affordable pricing online. Overall, the experience reflected the cost. The room was outdated and had an unpleasant odor. The most positive aspect of our stay was the front desk associate, Quan, who assisted us during check-in. He provided excellent customer service, was highly attentive and demonstrated strong knowledge of his role. His friendly demeanor made our stay more comfortable and welcoming

Positive: The staff was very friendly but the best part was leaving the hotel. Negative: We had two rooms both with very stained tubs and sheets, both with bugs. Elevator was not working. All the outside access doors were open and unlocked when we arrived at 2:30 am.
