WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Northeast Wake Forest

Location and front desk service were great. Room not so much. It was a mix of updates but keeping some old battered parts too: furniture was battered or broken. Floor was dirty and surfaces felt like someone had cooked greasy foods, leaving a sticky residue all over. Noticed something on top of the microwave cabinet-thinking it was a paper-got up on the chair and found it to be quite filthy, as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. Worst of all was seeing a used condom up there. Understanding this is a budget alternative to the other hotels in the area, but cleaning a room completely between guests visits should be better focused by the staff, regardless of the cost per night of the hotel. This hotel has potential to be a better place to stay, just fix the aforementioned problems and

Woodspring Suites exceeded my expectations! Ashley and Akila were phenomenal, they went above and beyond in every way. Their kindness,|professionalism, and genuinely positive attitudes made my stay pleasant. I ended up extending my stay. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for a hot shower and relaxation.

I first checked in the this hotel because my wife hit me with divorce papers after 3years so my attitude was terrible towards the staff here. I want to express my apology, despite my terrible attitude I was greeted with a smile and an amount of compassion that made me actually turn my attitude around. The room was clean and the halls were quiet. No complaints for me

It was a very nice clean room! Front desk clerks were very nice greeters and efficient at getting you in! I did have a problem with the smell of smoke and whatever on my pillow which when asked they kindly took care of it. Great for someone to get away close to sheets! Good on your pockets as well!

Horribly awful staff member at check in was a middle aged African American woman who was thinner in build she was so aggressively rude to me for no reason and lied about checking on my reservation. I honestly think this woman was racist and just didn’t want me to stay at the hotel which is dispicable. She should be fired immediately. Younger African American woman was very kind however and they should give her appreciation for being nice to guests and being relaxed and welcoming.
