Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek

Wow!!! As soon as we walked in the hotel smell was fresh and so clean. The room was great very very clean! Great location to shop and get food. The service was great. Breakfast was tasteful! It was our first time staying at this Hampton Inn, most definitely will be returning for future stays! Bed was very comfortable, I was able to get a later check out which was very helpful and accommodating! Thank you guys for the memorable stay!

Our stay was excellent thanks to the amazing staff! Nicole handled our check in efficiently and she was so helpful in providing a pack and play when I asked if one was available, which was such a relief. Andrew was prompt with airport pickup and very friendly, making our transportation hassle-free. Huge thanks to Josh, who was super accommodating and helped me retrieve my phone after I accidentally left it in the shuttle. The room was spotless, which I truly appreciate given my experience working closely with housekeeping team. Their commitment to cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommend!

As a Hilton Diamond member, I redeemed points for a three-night stay while we were in town for a youth hockey tournament. While the location worked well for our trip, the stay itself had a few frustrations. The biggest disruption was a phone call to our room at 1:30 a.m.; when we answered, the caller immediately hung up. That interrupted our sleep and wasn’t ideal, especially when traveling with kids. Later that morning, the fire alarm went off multiple times. It didn’t feel like an emergency situation, but it was certainly disruptive and annoying. Throughout the weekend, the TV also repeatedly lost signal while we were trying to watch the Olympics, which was frustrating during downtime. Wow, to start off. I checked in on the Hilton app, and Shay asked for my ID and we walked right to our room. Check-in was quick and friendly. The lobby was well appointed, clean, and smelled fresh. The hallways and decor were top-notch. I was impressed with the water bottle filling machine and recycling bins in the ice room. Upon walking into our room, it smelled fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The microwave and fridge were clean, and to top it all off, the coffee machine had plastic on it to assure its cleanliness and plenty of coffee and tea. |Moving into the sitting area, I noticed a huge spot on the couch.
