Horrible experience. Event was cancelled due to snow, cancelled my reservation. They assured me I was good to go with no charges. Few days later they still run my card at 4:48am. Once I see the charge I call. First person I spoke to tried to tell me that was the first nights charge because I was a no show. Then the manager told me it was a mistake on booking.com’s end. I explained that I cancelled the room with the hotel not booking and that they ran my card at their location. Then they told me to call my bank it was a mistake with my bank. Obviously I knew this wasn’t true but still checked with my bank just to be sure. Eventually after multiple days, excuses, and pointing fingers I finally talked to a decent person at the hotel. This place is run like a cheap motel. The only good thing about this place is the location and the bar/restaurant. |The guest services staff for the hotel are terrible. They could care less about your experience as a long-term guest or a Bonvoy status member. |Their beds are terribly uncomfortable, so I asked for a new mattress, they said they don't have any. I have begun using my comforter as a mattress pad to ease the discomfort. I asked staff if I could have a second comforter so I can have a comforter for it's intended use and they flat out said no. They also spoke to me as if my request for a second comforter is ridiculous. When you're staying in a hotel for 3 months you would think you would get a little more support from staff but that would require them to care about the guests e
Feb 2026, 10th floor. The interior designer has never used that shower. Cold air the entire time you shower while spraying all over the bathroom floor since the shower is OPEN to the bathroom. The metal rectangle in the shower is noisy while water drips into it, during and after use. The bathroom barn door never closes correctly so there is always a crack of light when your roommate is sleeping. A plus: hanging towel space was great.
Got to our room, the Keurig coffee machine wasn't working, TV and computer desk wasn't working electrically, toilet had blue liquid on the floor. One guy at the front desk was useless, Susan at the front desk was awesome. Corner suite was very nice. Flowers I ordered from a florist were in our room!! Breakfast was good typical hotel fare. Bar on the 10th floor was beautiful and very nice. Bartenders were great and attentive. There was both outdoor (with heaters) and indoor seating.
Couldn't have had a better experience. Great location, room was perfect, free breakfast, the rooftop bar was nice, and reasonable price for the stay. Also having the attached garage was convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!
