Great location near everything, very clean, great front desk, very secure because you can't just go to guest room unless you have a key to get through the doors to get to the elevator. Nice fitness room with great exercise equipment. Big kitchen for being an extended stay, modern, deep kitchen sink, full-size fridge, microwave, two burner stove top with vents. Plenty of storage to put away. Very clean hallways, smell nice throughout the hotel. Nice bathroom. Very clean stairwells. Overall, great hotel and great guests that is staying here as well, all very friendly.

Staff enjoy harassing disabled veterans and obstructing correspondence. This place has not only obstructed correspondence to me and harassed me in discriminatory ways, but the environment is very unsafe because the property is all run down. Elevator permit has been expired since 11/01/2025 and elevator broke down and I can’t use the stairs for medical reasons. It’s difficult to sleep and have ANY peace because the building fire alarm system has been left malfunctioning and falsely alarming at random times frequently. The property manager/owner has also directed staff to try to barge into my room to remove me illegally without due eviction process over a less than $200 balance.

Can't even get office to answer or responf in the early morning when their cards all lock up and kick me off system. So fun time waiting outside for no reason and no matter how many times I use the call system no one is there or their direct line. Rooms are nice but their communal coffee maker is broke and has been for a long time. Find elsewhere. It's not worth it

Positive: Nothing Negative: Loud crack heads roaming the hotel hallways and parking lot

Within minutes of checking in, I was on the phone with corporate to file an official complaint against the front desk attendant, Mariah. She has no business being in a customer service role. Rude, repeatedly cut me off and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, called me a liar and when presented with the info that I was not lying, she dismissed it and claimed I was being aggressive. Then stated that her GM, Sophia would back her up. Unacceptable. Corporate asked me to give management a chance to correct the issue, as I was staying 2 nights. Never heard from Sophia or anyone else in management. She obviously doesn’t care about her staff, property, or her customers. Horrible customer service. As a GM myself, I would NEVER allow someone as rude as Mariah to be in a customer facing role. Rude,
