At the front desk we met Katelyn, who was not only a sweet warm smile when we arrived, her customer service and knowledge was impeccable! She helped us find the perfect room and made our family feel cared for and important. That kind of customer service is rare and we HIGHLY recommend this place for your stay!
Great hotel. Pool is awesome..breakfast was good and well cared for. The staff are helpful but busy. The desk clerk came and cleaned under my fridge for us. ...someone spilled soda before us I came back because I like it so much. Great value compared to other hotels we've stayed at across the country.
Positive: Love the staff. Hotel employees are fantastic and will look forward to seeing them again, when we go back in December. These 4 people go above and beyond with service, courtesy, helpfulness, answering any questions we had. Negative: Noticed the hotel elevator certification was expired as of July 1, 2025. We were there the beginning of October.
I booked a room through my best western app and used 5,000 of my points on Monday 1/12 for Saturday 1/17. I needed to cancel and rebook for Friday 1/16. I canceled with in the time frame my app says so there will be no charge. My app confirmed the cancellation, gave me back my points. I rebooked for Friday 1/16 but they had charged me over 72 hours in advance for Saturday 1/17. I have never had that happen. I have been charged same day before my arrival but NEVER 72 hours before. When I arrrived Friday the I had to Pay again ! No issue I played even though the other charge was still pending. Fast forward today and the money for 1/17 is still pending and on hold and luckily my bank was able to reverse it but they were not the ones holding it. 7 days best western had my money in limbo ! Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, I needed to cancel my last day because I was unable to stay, and the staff was extremely unhelpful and dishonest, telling me there was nothing they could do, which later proved to be untrue. On top of that, my Apple earphones were left at the hotel. I contacted them the very next day and can clearly prove—using tracking—that the earphones were inside the hotel. Despite this, the staff said they were not there and showed no interest or effort in helping me recover them. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated, as the behavior came across as discriminatory and lacking basic respect. Overall, this hote
