WoodSpring Suites Port St. Lucie

Okay I have had a 6 month stay at the this hotel while I undergo training for a new career field. The room was a 1 bed 1 bath with kitchen and full size fridge. I enjoyed my stay with fellow residents and current employees. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time. I have nothing but love for the employees offering exceptional cleaning services on schedule. The love they offer and attention to detail for your every need is above others. I will miss you all dearly. I stayed here from November of 2025 until late February of 2026 for work related reasons. I thought the rooms were clean and well maintained with a wonderful staff at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again if I was needed in the area. The location is wonderful, close to any restaurants you could want and convenient to I-95

The two good things this place have going for it is the staff. I cannot praise them enough. They are super nice super friendly location is great. The room was clean however they’re lacking in amenities no ice machine the noise level was insane. This place is very dog friendly. I don’t think I will ever stay here again however I think all the staff members from the cleaning personnel to the front desk staff, they will get a 10 in my book.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Never Again It was not disclosed at booking that this was an extended-stay hotel, which matters because the service level is drastically different—and not in a good way. There were three adults in our room with two beds, yet the hotel provided only two towels total. Not per person. Not per bed. Two towels. When we asked for one additional towel (because basic hygiene), we were treated like we were asking for a luxury upgrade. On the third night of our stay, we requested a towel change and were told we would be charged for fresh towels because this hotel only changes towels every 14 DAYS. Fourteen. Days. Expecting guests to reuse the same towel for two weeks is unsanitary, unreasonable, and frankly disgusting. The hotel knows exactly how many guests are in the

I will never stay here again. There are homeless roaming and sleeping in the hallways and lobby. The room was acceptable except for the sticky floor, cool shower and noisy refrigerator. I booked a 2 day stay and tried to check out 1 day early at 8am and the manager Sean Herriott refused to credit me 1 day of charges. He was unable to explain why with security cameras and on-site associates there were there was a homeless presence on site.
