Residence Inn by Marriott Port St. Lucie

Had an extended stay and am pleased to say everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff here I would rate A+, they all speak and are willing to help accommodate any request that you might have. Breakfast was most days very good, occasional shortage was noticed just before their next delivery. I would think it is difficult to always plan when you don't know exactly how many guest you might have. The guest laundry could use some maintenance as some machines did not work, but I was able to complete my laundry. I could not believe how some guest would come to breakfast with huge containers and bags and fill them up taking enough for 5-8 people and leave. We enjoyed a comfortable stay there.

Have relatives in relatives in the area and this hotel was convenient. Staff ag desk was friendly and helpful. We took a King Suite, bed and pillows were comfy. Room and bath clean. The breakfast was a bonus. Look forward to another stay sometime soon. Enjoy!

Pleasantly surprised. Sometimes hotels near highways can be sketchy. Entire staff was pleasant and courteous. I was shocked when I found out hotel was almost 20 years old. I would’ve guessed 2-3! Very well maintained. I feel confident recommending. Next time I’m in the area, this is where I’m staying.

I have to stay for two days for a work trip Single suite with a full kitchen one bedroom costed somewhere around seven to $800 breakfast all you can eat included sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt all you can eat. I think the breakfast was the best part. The rooms are relatively beautiful but slightly outdated looks like they were remodeled back in 2010, but they still have full kitchen cabinets and a full kitchen full bedroom not so bad but obviously if they were to remodel, it would look a lot better but due to the nature of the facilities is completely understandable. Haven’t been able to stay at another hotel as of yet but so far for a Marriott it’s just what you need.

Kim is great. Ronnie is not. There were roaches in the room. Kim got us moved into another room immediately when we notified her. Kim advised us that she would inform the General Manager Ronnie and that Ronnie would call me. I called the same day after my wife and I checked out because I had forgotten my wedding ring (this will connect later in the story) and spoke with Kim. Kim advised me that she would search for my ring and call me back. I called the hotel back about an hour later as I had not heard anything back and spoke with someone other than Kim about my ring and was told they had not found it but is having house keeping continue to search. Kim called me back after about another hour and advised me that they had found my ring. Awesome. I called back Monday late afternoon
