My room was nice and clean, with great amenities such as a stove, refrigerator, towels, soap, shampoo and heating/cooling system. The bed was comfortable and pillows werent to firm just decent amount of softness. It was QUIET not one peep granted i checked in after 12:00 am but even during the morning it was quiet. They also granted me a late check out overall it was a decent stay

This facility is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Hats off to the housekeeping staff. It is definitely a No Frills Hotel, but you have a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and sink. They do not have tissues, a hair dryer or hand towels. You get one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The kitchen does not have any plates, utensils or pots or pans.||The bed is the biggest issue. It is not very comfortable. They definitely need different mattresses and to upgrade their sheets. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, but the sheets as if they had been laundered quite a lot. The location is great for shopping or even going to the casino which is not far. The facility caters mostly to contract rentals and displaced, for example insurance claims. It is

I booked for four nights because my heat failed at my residential condo on Woodhaven Road a block away. I checked in around 6 PM Super Bowl Sunday evening and I left a few hours later at 11 PM on Super Bowl Sunday. I was informed that I would be refunded for the remaining three days of the four days I had booked. I checked back with them on February 16 regarding my credit and they told me I would only receive a $97 refund and I would be charged for the unused remaining days. conducting business in this matter cannot not at all be considered respectable. I rate this Hotel Business one star

Very accommodating and kind front desk workers both at check in and check out. Joanna was kind enough to let me use the gym on my way out, very needed while on a long drive. Good value for a safe place to stay and a warm bed! They had no tissues or paper towels in the kitchenette, which would have been useful.
