Sosuite at The Loxley - Old City

I was unexpectedly displaced from my home and needed to quickly find a pet-friendly place that could accommodate a longer stay if needed. I’m so glad I found SoSuite at The Loxley. What I expected to be a short stay turned into two months, and it worked out really well. The Old City location is fantastic — walkable to attractions, great coffee shops, and everyday essentials. Parking was also manageable, with street parking and reasonably priced lots nearby. The apartment was clean, bright, well-decorated, and thoughtfully appointed. The service team was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. Any questions or issues were handled promptly. Amazing spot and in my opinion a Great value! I really felt like it was home for the time I spent here and I could have just stayed. Felt safe coming and going. Easy walking to lots of surroundings sites with a great little pizza place in the corner.||I will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved my stay here in June 2025. I was in town for a fellowship at a local library archive and needed a place that felt like home—and Sosuite delivered! My unit was cozy and full of character, with warm lighting, vibrant decor, and real plants and pictures that made it feel lived-in rather than sterile. The street view was lively and perfect for people-watching. Housekeeping was incredibly friendly, and customer service was top-notch. This was my first experience with the brand, and I’m officially sold—I’ll be looking for Sosuite whenever I travel now. The location is perfect, with amazing coffee shops and restaurants just steps away. Plus, for pet owners, there’s an excellent pet daycare/boarding facility nearby. Highly recommend! I stayed at Sosuite for two nights with a friend and it was the best experience we have had with Airbnb thus far. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, with all necessary amenities, including tide pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towels, as well as a well-equipped kitchen where we comfortably cooked and shared meals. Customer support was extremely helpful and responded promptly. The location is ideal. I will definitely book with Sosuite again, thanking them for the exceptional experience!!!

Spotty WiFi and filthy sheets. The place had really good reviews, so it disappoints me to have to share this experience. To start, the wifi was spotty, preventing me from getting work done or streaming anything on the TV (without multiple interruptions of Hulu crashing from loss of internet signal). I reached out and the host said they’d look into it. I didn’t hear more. I decided to take a shower and call it an early night. Slipping into bed, I was immediately greeted by an unpleasant texture. I pulled back the sheets to find a great deal of dirt/debris, along with an unacceptable amount of human hair. Reaching back out, the host instructed me to retrieve new sheets from a vacant unit in the building, which I did. Upon stripping the sheets to remake the bed, I discovered the mattress
