Customer Reviews
Good evening. Myself and my fiance were in town to visit family. I decided to stay at the wood springs suites in Lacey. It was a great deal. And I had never stayed there before. So upon arrival the front desk ladies were out of this world. They were great. When checking my reservation she informed me that the gentleman that booked the reservation put me in a ADA room with no refrigerator. So she would take off some money and make it 70.00 dollars. I got my keys and headed to room 217. When walking in. It was a mess by the pictures attached. The room was never cleaned. We even found the keys of the person before us on the dresser. So we took pictures and we were switched rooms to room 324. This room was great for the first hour. Until you could smell all the weed smoke. Don't get me wrong.
Love it here!! The staff are great. Angie is so nice. They have full kitchens in every room. Management is great and understands the challenges of having an autistic child. I’m a vet and it’s been so nice here. Will be staying longer just wanted to let people know that this hotel is a great place for long stays. Gaby is a good manager who tries to ensure all guest are safe. They greet everyone and it’s so nice to be welcomed every day
It reminds me of an extended stay. Every room is identical including the art on the wall. It is new so it's still pretty nice.
Stayed here for a week with tons of issues. I have never had bedbugs before but, now have bites all over legs and arms. Mentioned to front desk and the manger treated me as though I’m a liar about my bites. Asked to move rooms to continue my stay and was refused with attitude by the manger. Horrible experience with nasty rooms. I paid full price and never asked for discounts, why would I lie about being bit?
On my 4th stay here I told them at check in like the last 3 times that I have 2 service animals. Which was no problem. Until I got my statement from my C.C. which showed $60 charge per dog per night. When I called to tell them they wrongfully charged me I was told no. They said my partner(which I don't have) told them my dogs are ESA not service A. So they charged me the pet fee that's non refundable. I told them they were mistaken me for someone else then. After some arguing and them refusing to refund me the pet fee charges I decided to take my business else where. This visit I was also put in a room that had not been cleaned after the last person to stay in it and the cable did not work in the room either. When I called to complain about dirty room and no cable I was told I would have t
