Courtyard by Marriott Olympia

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Not much food within walking distance but nice hotel nonetheless. Comfortable beds and expansive shower. Grateful for good quality shampoo and body wash. Clean and open lobby with a small store for any necessities you may have forgotten on your trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here many times throughout the last 2 years and its a very good hotel. Clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The team members were kind each time. This is the hotel of choice for me when I am in Olympia and it doesn't disappoint.

Positive: The front desk staff was extremely courteous and very friendly. They were very accommodating. The location was nice. Negative: The shower didn?t have a door so after shower there was a lot of water outside the shower that had to be cleaned. The pillow was too soft to sleep on. Had some trouble sleeping.

Pros: Good location, friendly front staff. Cons: Uncomfortable beds, awful pillows, our top blanket was stained upon arrival. A weird chime bar in the shower that doesn't even get hit when using the shower normally, but then randomly chimes in the middle of the night when water drips onto it.

There had been a significant storm earlier in the day and the hotel had no power but still checked us in!! They did not have a backup generator capability!!!|Our room would have been fine EXCEPT we had no lights, no heat (it was cold and damp), no hot water and the entire hotel was blacked out!!! They provided no flashlights and halls and stairwells were pitch dark and no elevators were working!! We stayed the night but checked out early the next morning when they still had no power with no forecast of when it would be restored!!! No compensation was provided for the terrible experience!!! The only positive was the very personable and apologetic front desk person Anaya! The sales manager (Zach) and general manager (Marcos) were both on prem but failed to meet and interact with us despite
