WoodSpring Suites Oak Ridge Knoxville

My husband and I wanted to get out for a few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we found the Woodspring suites hotel. Our room was beautiful, very well clean, and above all else the staff was so warm and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

I recommend this place to anyone who are on vacation, visiting or are in the Oak Ridge area for work related purposes. The cost of the room a night or weekly, is very affordable and accessible to downtown Oak Ridge Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a full size refrigerator, 2 glass top burners, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. Although they do not have dishes or pans to cook with, Wal-Mart is across the street to get some things needed. Cleanliness of this property is amazing. It is a fairly quiet place besides hearing the fire engines or cops passing by in the late hours of the night. I give this place a 100!!

If you're looking for someplace inexpensive to stay for a night or a week, this is it. The area has friendly people, and the mountains are gorgeous. My friend and I were on a road trip from Florida to Michigan. We needed a place to stay, and this place has rooms at a reasonable rate. The general impression I got was that this hotel was meant for people who wanted to stay extended periods. The room we were in had a kitchenette, and there was a laundry room available for guests usage. When we got here, the place had been open for less than a month. Everything was in excellent condition. Things were spotless. All hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful when asked. The only downsides were that the beds were stiff, and the bathrooms were fairly sparse. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and professional. They advertised rooms with a kitchen, but the hotel DOES NOT provide cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc. But you can buy them for almost $100. If you want extended stay travelers, provide free of charge like other hotels. You'll get more business.

First time we stayed it was great and they took copies of ESA for our dogs, but this time they wanted to charge $100 each and claimed we could have never stayed there before because they were new. Ladies at the desk were condescending to my husband said I went in hearing it myself and getting refund and leaving to go stay at StudioRes in Oak Ridge and had a great stay and better price.. if you like being demeaned and talked down to, go to Woodsprings.
