StudioRes by Marriott Oak Ridge

StudioRes by Mariott is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Because, the front desk people are so nice. And, the guy that helps fixes stuff is super sweet has well. Everyone minds their own business here and people here are very professional at this hotel. Everything in the room is super and organized. The internet is super fast and reliable here including there is security here. So it's not like random strangers can knock on your doors at night time. There is gym, laundry room, and coffee area for guests. I highly suggest staying at StudioRes because this hotel is amazing and I love it here. You will not be disappointed staying here at all.

This was a great hotel to stay at. We were in town for the Secret City Half Marathon and chose this hotel last minute. It was easy to find and close to everything. The 2 front desk agents that we saw Friday night and Saturday were both phenomenal. They were super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bath towels were extremely soft. A few changes I would suggest. Curtains or shades need to be over the blinds because as soon as the sun comes up it is sooooo bright. There needs to be plug ins for USB and regular items on the nightstand between the beds. Soap and shampoo would be nice as well since there was none for the shower. These were all minor things that if you know about ahead of time they aren't a make

Absolutely fabulous place, Amanda at the desk is amazing! The manager is also amazing. Emergency stay with a dog as my side kick! They were more than happy to have us, the room is perfect, it is clean, location to the airport is perfect! Very friendly and such a joy to see other dogs here and there! If we ever need to travel again with our furry kid, I know where we will stay! Cannot say enough good things! Very new, very clean (working in a hospital I pay attention to these things) cannot wait to try the coffee station in the morning!

Excellent front desk service. We were there when the GM-Amanda was visiting. She was helpful in assuring we had everything we needed. The room was clean. We liked that there is no carpet on the floors. A major plus. Wish more hotels would switch to a hard surface. Better for individuals like myself with allergies.

The location is a little inconvenient, but for the price I think a little travel worth it. The room was so incredibly clean, the water pressure was pretty good, and the set up of the room was not only visually pleasant, but also convenient. There is enough room to walk around in the kitchen area, and everything you could need is close by. You dont have to walk across the entire room to get to your hanging clothes like you might see elsewhere. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, when there was a problem with my room key, she didn't hesitate to help. When we checked out we made her aware of a small accident with one of the towels, and she was very kind in assuring us that wouldn't be charged against us.
