If I could give less stars, I would. We had drove in late at night and had booked it ahead of time because we thought it would be nice to have a pool, the picture showed one, but it does not have one. I asked when grab and go breakfast was, and I was told their truck had not came in. room was filthy, fan had not been cleaned in the bathroom, and there was trash under our bed, the light flickered, but did not work and the carpets under the awnings were soaked from a leak, even though it was not raining. There was black mold where it had been leaking. Called the hotel and they said since I stayed the night, there was nothing they can do. They are a joke. I called to get a quote and very nice guy answered the phone. He said his was Craig. He is the new assistant manager. Hopefully a new person will fix the hotel issues. He gave me many ideas and me and my spouse are discussing when we can go. This hotel needs work with buildings and staff. Hopefully new guy can change this. Good luck

I stay at least 175 in hotels throughout the year. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and probably the worst in America as well. Booked 2 nights using my points based on the photos shown on Google. It was deceiving. Nothing like the picture. Good to the room, the lights were not working, bathroom had a used towel, tissues in toilet, human hair on towel and bathroom, sticky carpet, dog hair on bed. So they don’t change their sheets I guess. Room phone wasn’t working, so I walked to front desk to complain. They did switch the rooms but even those rooms had issues. Door look wasn’t working, had a broken shower, so had to seat and shower with ice bucket. Carpet was still sticky and room smelled like weed. Later found out that I got bed bugs bite all over me.
