WORST HOTEL EVER: Room air conditioner smelled like urine. The hallway walking to the room was filled with weed and smoke.... lastly, the room floor was completely sticky. To top it off, the front desk person was more interested in NOT speaking to you rather than retreating to her space behind the scenes. We asked to get our money back and they refunded us then charged us again a week later. Stating they have to follow the policy of how we booked our room. After we called back in disbelief since we never stayed based on the smells...they said there was no escalation department and we can't be refunded. The hotel and reservation department are a total scam!!!! Do not stay here .... If I can save folks from our disaster.... The money they stole would be worth it! Please comment so

The front desk staff were very polite. The room was ok. Lots of pet hair on the floor. I didn’t like that at all. Could use a deep clean and minor repairs. Fridge had a hole in the door and maybe ? on the curtains

Don't stay here if you want to sleep. They have plastic on the mattresses (no mattress pads), so the bottom sheet slips off, and it makes noise every time you move. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear tvs, crying babies, barking dogs, and thumping music on the same floor. There are no coffee makers in the rooms (they say you can buy one from them) and no other amenities to speak of. The only redeeming qualities are the location (convenient to nearby offices) and the staff (pleasant). There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so I won't be staying there again.

They place was clean. Nice size TV. The only problem was you have to pay extra if you need more towels or linen and make sure you ask for a detail copy because if you stay more than a week and never receive any linen they will slide that service on your bill. The owe me my 7 dollars because the charge me for that service and I never ask or used it. I work too hard for all my coins and I need every last penny. Still waiting on my security deposit which is 150 dollars. I paid over 600 dollars for ten days. Not included the extra 150 for the deposit. Other than that, staff is awesome and I will stay again if I have to. This is by choice hotel, but they do not do points. Standard room for the extended stay type.

On the outside it is a nice looking building. The front desk and hotel employees are helpful and hard-working for the most part. There is a set of vending machines on the 1st floor along with a small workout room and laundry.|||| The hotel itself? ||||The thinnest walls and floors I've ever encountered in a hotel... Because the hotel accepts pets having large dogs barking or running around, above or next door is nerve-wracking. ||||It isn't so much that people were being loud, it's simply a poorly constructed building with apparently low-grade soundproofing. I don't think we had more than one night of good sleep with all of the noise (we finally invested in earplugs). Despite the hotel having a 'Quiet Time' period starting at 9pm this does little to lower the disturbing noise level simply
