Knights Inn Farmington Hill

This a fantastic place. No it's not a five star hotel. But! Friendly and nice people work here. The man at the front desk was super awesome, friendly and very kind. Thats what you want in hotel service. My room was clean . No issues. Travelers a great place to relax and get sleep.

Defiantly people and dogs living here full time. But my room was clean and quiet. I felt safe. Great for the price. Checkin was easy.

Positive: The area it is in. Negative: Fridge broken & room reeked of smoke, so switched rooms. TV did not work snd both rooms unacceptably dirty. Very ill maintained.

The pictures are inaccurate. There is no front lobby. We were in their "Best Room". The room looked nothing like the photos on their website.||My room, while priced nicely, was filthy. I'm not talking white glove, I'm talking about a floor so dirty that it was gritty. Hair in the bathtub. Sink hadn't been scrubbed. The coverlet looked dirty and covered in lint. Old and rundown, I understand. Dirty? No excuse for a paying guest to have to stay in a dirty room.||We only stayed one night of our scheduled two. It was gross. Even though we saw no bed bugs, we couldn't shake the worry - given how little attention had been given to cleanliness. ||I would never consider staying at this location again and plan on letting Expedia know how bad it was.

It’s a basic motel. You’ll have to get your key reactivated every time you leave your room. Which can get quite annoying especially when it’s cold outside. Even after reactivated my Key, it is still not working smh. I’d avoid staying here at all costs.
