WoodSpring Suites Nashville Airport

As someone who is in between housing, my stay here has been very pleasant. Mr. Floyd always make sure that I’m well taken care of. He goes above and beyond even when he doesn’t have to, and that means a lot! One of the best of the best for sure! Every WoodSprings Suites needs a staff member as friendly and helpful as Floyd.

We had our second stay recently in Woodspring Suites. We appreciate the good rate we received, the good location, the friendly, helpful staff, and the clean accommodations. Sometimes--your hotel knows this better than i--hotels that are less expensive aren't so concerned about cleanliness-- in the rooms, in the hallways and common areas, in the parking lot. Your hotel does a good job on cleanliness, and this is especially important for my wife. Sometimes there was trash in the parking lot (this could be improved), but the key areas to keep clean--the common areas and the rooms before the guest arrives--were done well. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff-- Briana, Katelyn, Noemi, and Corey--and this helped make our stay enjoyable. We're sorry you gave up the relationship to

An awesome hotel with stellar staff. They are the best extended stay we've experienced. Whether you're there waiting to close on a house, exploring the area to buy, or in between housing, they go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. From Daniel, the general manager, to Floyd, to Lee, Mark and Heather, everyone tries to make your stay as stress-free and fun as possible.

The room:|It STANK. Smelled like a combination of gym shorts, burnt plastic, and moldy AC. I don't know what's worse -- the initial smell whenever you enter the room or the fact that you get used to it after 5 minutes and using half a bottle of cologne as air freshener.||Phones and tables had sticky residue||One of our towels had grey dirt marks without it ever being used.||The Hotel:|Day 1: half eaten butterfinger on the elevator floor (5 hour rule anyone?)|Day 2. 2 used q-tips and a dried out lime peel (I think) on the elevator floor.||Location was great though. Highly recommend the IHOP nearby for breakfast.||Service:|Only reason why the rating isn't a 0-1 star. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating and understanding. The front desk lies I booked three days and found out the entire hotel is smoking. I told them I can’t stay because of that. They then told me I could get refunded the next two nights if I check out early the next day. Which I did. As I check out another Front desk worker lies and says I will be refunded asked about my stay. I said awful it all smells like smoke. There were roaches and blood from some one else on the shower wall. They’ve not refunded me and won’t answer calls. The two who lied were an older white woman who had a coach bag with a cherry charm attached and the one the next day was a mid 20’s early 30’s black male tall statcher. Said they would both email and never did . That’s a lot of money to be out of when I didn’t even stay two nights. Oh they also made me sign a paper
