Caroline House Nashville Historic Inn

A must stay...Our couple of days at The Caroline House were truly wonderful! A true gem tucked away in a safe neighborhood with wonderful southern hosts! Short uber to Broadway and then back to relax and explore the 12 South neighborhood with excellent restaurants in walking distance. Feels like home away from home! Thank you, Ashley! We look forward to staying whenever in Nashville again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Caroline House! It’s such a peaceful escape from the busy Broadway scene — the perfect place to slow down and just enjoy Nashville. The house is beautifully restored, and our room was cozy, spotless, and so comfortable. Ashley and Michael have really created something special here — it’s luxurious but still so relaxed and welcoming. Thank you both for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

A friend and I took a short two night trip to Nashville to visit a 93 year old friend. We found this lovely home that is in a great neighborhood of beautiful home with local restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was impeccably clean, charming and committed to supporting local business with the vouchers we received to eat I eat breakfast at a neighborhood cafe whenever we wanted. The hosts answered questions but were not intrusive. The front porch with comfy chairs was a magical place to drink coffee on a rainy morning. It was quiet, comfy bed and linens and everything in perfect working order. Best of all for me is they they supported Thistle Farms. Such a beautiful home!!! In a great neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, coffee, restaurants. The house was perfectly clean and decorated so pretty for Christmas 🎄. Our room was very cozy and the mattress was comfy-we slept so well. LOVED meeting Desti 💛 the perfect golden hostess. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have lots of experience with whole house rentals in many areas. The Caroline House in Nashville was our favorite stay ever! There are so many reasons for that, but I will mention a few here that I think would help the next person trying to decide where to stay. First the location is perfection! We easily walked to the grocery, 12 South shopping, and restaurants. The communication with the host was seamless, friendly and easy. The house/boutique hotel was absolutely stunning, clean, extremely well appointed, especially in the kitchen! I had everything I needed including spices and other misc things you don’t want to buy a whole big thing of for the week, to prepare all meals that we ate at home for a party of 8! I even needed an emulsifier and the host had one in a drawer!
