Fairlane Hotel Nashville

Owen, Taylor, and Jackson we the BEST valet I have ever had. The whole team was so attentive, kind, and incredibly friendly. Best service!! The app is really easy to use for calling your car too. I feel awful for not remembering our concierge but I think her name was Ruthie. THIS GIRL! Grade A+++++, she welcomed us with enthusiasm and the energy that gave us all the vibes to start our stay. We live locally and I’ve stayed here before for a work visit, but wow! I’m definitely coming back. I’ve been to the restaurant and seen the changes the hotel has gone through with their dining - TRULY MISS THE BAGELS! - but overall absolutely incredible stay. This is hospitality. This is kindness. This is the standard.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless and updated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would go back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairlane. The food was great. The room was just the right size for the two of us. Owen and Jackson were the best Bellhops you lcould have asked for, even with all the rain and high winds. We will definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at the Fairlane was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. We are locals but lost power to our house for a week from the ice storm. From the minute I called in to check on availability, the entire staff was unfailingly kind, friendly, and helpful. They did everything possible to accommodate us and make a rough week bearable. They are very pet friendly as well. The location is great: it is downtown but has a good buffer from Broadway which can be a bit hectic. The room and amenities were all nice. There are many great restaurants within a short walk, including the restaurant downstairs. I'm so glad we found the Fairlane and would recommend it to anyone.

Owen and Brooks were very professional and helpful with getting me my car very quickly tonight. This was after my Dinner at Modern Love located in the Fairlane Hotel. I’ve heard positive things about it but tonight was our first time there and it blew us away! You can tell the chefs put a lot of love and creativity in their food. They just started doing weekend seafood specials, so if you have a chance I really recommend popping in there. It’s definitely a hidden gem of Nashville!
