Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!! Room was disgusting at check in, floors were not clean, bathroom was infested with black mold, roaches everywhere. Be prepared to give collateral just to get new clean towels. The room had a disgusting stench, literally clings to your clothing. So if you don’t mind smelling like uncle Festers arm pits…be my guest. The employees are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!!! One of the male employees attempted to argue with me and threaten me. He told me that we had to check out a day before our stay because we booked with Expedia??? when I actually reserved the room through my employers benefits, check out was not until the next day. They told me I didn’t have a card on file, but attempted to authorize my card for an additional week stay that I did not con

This hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. Front desk clerks are exceptional. The GM is very understanding and willing to work with you in the time of need. The rooms are very clean and perfect for a getaway. Rooms are only accessible for the inside, so no people wondering around. Room key is needed to access the building.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at WoodSpring Suites! The staff was incredibly friendly, and AJ was especially kind and welcoming at check-in. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to San Antonio!

This was a nice, clean place to stay briefly, although I understand people have lived here for years. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. One thing I must inform people planning to stay for a brief visit - nice enough kitchenette, but no coffee pot or anything in the way of dishes or silverware. There are 2 burners, a microwave, and sink, though. Bathroom - 1 towel & washcloth per person - no hand towels, or bathsoap, shampoo, etc. Note - you c͟a͟n͟ ask for extra towels downstairs, I believe. No daily cleaning or replacing linens, but we didn't mind that. More 1st World problems - only regular channels on the tv…😜😉 All this may sound like complaints, but they’re “just the facts, ma’am”….we w͟i͟l͟l͟ stay here again when we visit our grandson at Lackland AFB! The price is right,

Overall, a great place. My daughter and I stayed a week. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean. The previous tenants left some food and drinks in the refrigerator, but the refrigerator was also clean. They only clean once every two weeks, but provided fresh towels when I brought the others down and requested more. [Review collected by TrustYou]
