The wise say that one receives in portion, what they are willing to expend in portion. Thankfully, when it comes to WS, most long-term stay residents, mind you that this is an extended stay apartment hotel, are receiving more bang and care for their dollar than other extended stay hotels. Gavin(Hotel’s GM), Delaney(Hotel’s AGM) and the on-site maintenance go to “Ty” are excellently considerate and welcoming. Cleaning staff genuinely care about the condition of the rooms, and are always pleasantly kind. The hotel’s security is fairly high, there’s multiple cameras down each hallway and if you don’t have a key to the hotel you are not capable of gaining entry other than manipulating a resident by abusing their kindness when they hold the door for others. Employees are unprofessional and a tight knit " who knows who" group of individuals. If you have an issue, I would recommend not bringing it to the on site staffs attention. Because no action will in reality be taken. If you are transitioning gender wise stay away. You will be judged , disrespected and ultimately given services per your "quality' of human being and or "normal".

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Elevators very dirty, luggage carts filthy. Stayed several weeks by necessity. Front desk staff very nice but too many of them and not enough housekeeping staff. Floors always dirty, glass front dirty. Hallways smelled of smoke. Cleaned only every 2 weeks. Quite a few homeless staying there. It could be a nice place if cleaned DAILY and attention paid to common areas, get new luggage carts, WASH floors. Hire more housekeeping staff or it will continue to go downhill.

Walked in and the smell of smoke/weed was so strong, I had a headache within 10-15 minutes. The room itself was extremely dirty. Dust and stains on the floor, the bathroom looked like someone shaved and didn’t clean it up. Overall it was sketchy, dirty and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first. We tried to leave that first night but everything was booked. (It was also really late when we checked in so I don’t think that helped) I’m trying to get a refund but can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to.
