Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lenexa - Overland Park Area by IHG

Stayed here a couple times and always a great place to stay. Check in is smooth and staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always well cleaned, beds are comfortable. Plenty of dining around, generally i do a delivery option and there's a ton of places that deliver here. Breakfast is included. Love the later check out of noon. Rooms are nice and quiet. This place is my go to hotel when I'm in the area for work.

Convenient location right off the highway. Close to Oak Park Mall. Property was clean and employees are friendly. Typical IGH HIE breakfast, well stocked. Room was clean with only minimal mold in the caulk at the bottom of the shower stall. Property is used by traveling contractors during the week and sports teams on the weekends. Hotel enforces quiet time after 10PM. Did not use the pool or exercise room. Only complaints are that the TV would go out during heavy rains and only one elevator was operating during our stay. Would am am staying here again in the future.

Somewhat easy to get to. The front desk person was polite and answered all my questions with ease. Breakfast was basic but very good and fully stocked. Parking is ample and close to the interstate. Also the area seems very safe and lighting is very good in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this place. Truly surprised I usually stay are the Marriott but this motel is comparable.

When we checked in people we kind and friendly. Received a little welcome back. Dropped our stuff in our room and left for our event. When we got back late we noticed the left side of the room wasn't vacuumed well. Little mud clumps. The outlets on the right side of the bed didn't work. Then we went to sleep and woke up because the room was hit the heat kept going up. We flipped the air on for a while. Then we flipped the heat back on. It wouldn't stay at 70 it kept going up to 75. We didn't call down because he didn't want to have to stay up to wait on maintenance so we just kept flipping the AC on. Then when we went to take showers we the water was cold. I did call down and was told "Oh lots of people are taking showers now, the heaters are strained" that was it. So we let the water run
