Extended Stay Lenexa Studios

I booked online. Double checked with them to see if they got our reservation. They don't have a reservation for us. They said they aren't sure about any of the online stuff and couldn't do anything about it, and they told us to talk to the booking agent. We went in circles, and ultimately, we decided to cancel and find somewhere else, not just because of this, but also the bad reviews, dirty looking pictures, and iffy service just completely turns me off these people. It's super sketchy.

Grateful for this place. Relatively affordable, no deposit, peaceful area. Believe in Jesus and you will be saved

Absolutely Sickening Place of Business. My girlfriend and I had booked this motel over the pure factor that it was affordable, and some family had recommended it. Man was I led down a bad path. After finally getting let into the lobby (seriously, who locks the lobby?) I told the guy at the desk about my reservation and, believe it or not, they didn’t have one! Keep in mind, I booked this in September of last year…. After this, trying to prove I had the reservation, proof of purchase, etc, the guy STILL didn’t give me a room! After finally getting ahold of expedia, I was given a room. (Forgot to mention, I was allowed to tour the room before accepting it, and with the lights off, it looked alright.) As I arrived I waited 10 minutes for someone in the office to open the door for me to check in. I have checked in here before and as I know it isn’t the cleanest but it was cheap enough for one night. Me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice before with no issue, this time was a little different. Knowing that there is no refund I did stayed here the entire night. I get in and I check everything as I always do. I go to the bathroom cockroach, I got to the kitchen also another cockroach. My boyfriend smashed all of them but I felt so nasty and I was just hoping those were it. My boyfriend leaves to go grab stuff in my car, while he was gone I spotted three more!!! I felt like I was surrounded. When we fell asleep that night I remember waking up at 1:00am to use the restroom I see a big one

Called to say I wasn't gonna make it on time. Mia said she would transfer my reservation to the next day but reassured me that if I showed up in the wee hours of the morning, I'd still get a room. Nope. They cancelled my room because she didn't change the reservation and marked me as a no cancellation/no show. Customer relations can't do anything and the manager refuses to talk to me.
