Ms Venita is the most amazing staff member! She is so good with children! Every time I came in with my daughter she would check the front desk and make sure she was working so she could say hi! My daughter is away from all her family living in KS, so having ms Venita feel like family to her was our favorite part of staying here. Ms Venita definitely became family. We’re so thankful for her and her conversations! The best employee ♥ thank you ms Venita !

Advantages:|Over the phone, customer service is polite.|There is a small kitchen in the room for extended stay.|Disadvantages:|On 11/2/2025 I asked about the price for extension of my booking. The lady told me one price and than charged me much more without telling about that. I asked, where is the difference coming from. She said I can ask the manager next day, but it was very hard to catch the manager over the phone, she never responded to emails and she was never here on weekends whle on weekdays I worked. So I never got my money back. ||And situation like that happened multiple times. Later finally I got a chance to talk to the manager and she was very rude and disrespectful, constantly interrupted me. She asked me to pay right at the reception instead of online. Picked this place because it was pet friendly. Didn't get the room I paid for. Booked two beds and got a single bed. Didn't see a change in price for that. Sheets smelled faintly like urine. Service was tolerable. The only nice things I can say about the room is that it was apartment-styled, had a decent kitchen area, and was kept in a mostly clean condition. The elevator did seem to have a faint weed smell at times. The surrounding area was okay. The real value was that it was pet friendly.

Positive: "" Negative: I've been there every week for over a month and everytime I check in , I've had to get my TV fixed due to thieves taking the cords .. that's giving a not so positive vibe towards the clientele you got staying there ..

Prices are reasonable for an extended stay, BUT after 3pm no one is at the desk to help you check in, the rooms smell like bug spray, everything inside is outdated, elevator is sketch, and so many things don't work in the room. Me personally I would never stay there again.
